Reservation policy

Upon making your booking the price of your stay will not subject to change.

Cactus coliving & coworking requires 35% to be pay at the reservation as a deposit. Cactus coliving & coworking has the right to cancel a person’s reservation if full deposit payment is not received punctually.

Cancellation policy

• If the guest cancels more than 3 weeks before the arrival date,  the deposit will be refunded*
• If the guest cancels within three to one week before the arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable but will be keep as a voucher to exchange for an equivalent amount of days on future stays at Cactus coliving & coworking.
• If the guest cancels less than one week before the arrival date, the total amount for the stay is non-refundable.

Terms and conditions

Cactus coliving & coworking is controlled and operated from within Spain and are subject to Spanish and European law.

By using our Website, you are accepting all the terms and conditions set here. If you do not agree to each and all of these terms and conditions, please do not use Cactus´s Website. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change and or modify portions of these Terms of Use at any time without notice.

You agree to be automatically added to our newsletter for the latest updates and promotions.

You agree that you will not use any device, software or other instrumentality to interfere the Website. In addition, you agree that you will not use any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to monitor, scrape, or copy our Website or the Cactus Information contained therein, or any aspect of the Website or the Cactus Information, without the prior express consent from an authorized Cactus representative (such consent is deemed given for standard search engine technology employed by Internet search websites to direct Internet users to our Website). Furthermore, you agree that you will not use our Website for any purpose that is illegal, unlawful, or prohibited by these Terms of Use. You agree that you will not interrupt, disrupt, alter, destroy, impair, restrict tamper, or otherwise affect the proper operation of our Website in any way, including, without limitation, through the use of any malicious or unauthorized code, virus, worm, Trojan horse, malware, or program. You may not use our Website in any threatening, libelous, slanderous, defamatory, obscene, inflammatory, pornographic, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive manner. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to revoke or deny your access to our Website, including, without limitation, if you violate any of the provisions of these Terms of Use.

You agree that you will make only legitimate reservations for use by you and your invited guests only, and not for reselling, impermissibly assigning or posting on third party websites or websites, or making speculative, false or fraudulent reservations, or any reservation in anticipation of demand.

These Terms of Use shall be construed and enforced under the laws of Spain, applicable to contracts executed and performed within Spain.

The cactus' client agree that we can take and publish any photo’s of you for marketing purposes.

Your booking is for a type of room and does not guarantee that you stay in a specific room or in the same room for the duration of your stay. If you have indicated a preference for a particular room with your reservation, we will do our best to honour this preference. However, we may need to allocate an alternative room to you for operational or safety reasons. If we need to move you to a lower rate room during your stay, we will refund you the difference in the rates.

Cactus accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to persons or property during their stay.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor and shared common areas. Guests may only smoke in designated outdoor areas—please ask a member of the Cactus Coliving team for clarification if needed.

*-2% will be reduced from the deposit. This is what it costs to refund the deposit.

Cactus Coliving reserves the right to terminate a guest’s stay immediately if they fail to respect the house rules, disturb the community environment, or behave inappropriately towards other guests or staff. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Visitors are not allowed on the property without prior notice. Guests must inform the manager at least 24 hours in advance if they wish to bring an external visitor. If the visitor stays overnight, an additional fee will apply.

The minimum duration of stay at Cactus Coliving SL is 14 days, while the maximum allowable stay is 170 days per season. 

Our locations are pet-friendly, subject to availability. Guests wishing to stay with a pet must obtain prior approval by contacting us via email, as each location permits a maximum of two animals.

Please note that compliance with our pet policy and house rules (which will be shared prior to arrival) is mandatory. Should the guest or their pet fail to adhere to these rules, Cactus Coliving SL reserves the right to terminate the stay without refund

Cactus Coliving SL is not responsible for any food allergies or intolerances. Guests with specific dietary requirements are required to bring their own food for family dinners, brunches, or any other communal meals.

By choosing to consume food prepared by Cactus Coliving SL during their stay, the guest acknowledges and accepts that the responsibility lies solely with them
