How does the payment process work?

When you make a booking, you will be required to pay 50% of the total amount through our website. The remaining 50% is due 7 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelling more than 35 days before check-in: 100% refund.

Cancelling 35–15 days before check-in: 50% deposit is non-refundable, but kept as a voucher valid for 12 months.

Cancelling 14–8 days before check-in: 100% non-refundable, but the full amount is kept as a voucher valid for 12 months.

Cancelling 7 days or less before check-in: 100% non-refundable. 50% is retained by Cactus Coliving and 50% is kept as a voucher valid for 12 months.
