This is a paid position through the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs (EYE) program funded by the European Union.
You’ll become part of the host and management team at Cactus Coliving, rotating between our two locations (La Gomera and Tenerife). Your role will be key to creating a warm, connected, and smooth experience for all colivers.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Be part of the daily operations of the coliving (5 days a week)
- Welcome colivers, check them in and out, and answer their questions
- Support and take care of the community to make everyone feel at home
- Help coordinate and promote events, family dinners, and daily activities
- Content creation and marketing support
- Answer emails and WhatsApps
- Keep the house in good shape — from reporting issues to jumping in where needed (yes, even kitchen cleaning sometimes 😉)
- Solve small day-to-day challenges with a proactive, hands-on attitude
✅ What we’re looking for
- Someone social, proactive, and responsible
- Comfortable with multitasking and problem-solving
- A team player with strong communication skills
- Experience in hospitality, community building,, or marketing is a plus (prederred, but not mandatory
- Willing to work some weekends
- Committed to a 6-month program, working 30 hours/week
- Must be eligible for the EYE program (see more info here)
